1. FINANCING YOUR NEW HOME 

The first step on your home buying journey is understanding and securing finance. it's very important that you arm yourself with expert advice, and at Metro we can help point you in the right directions to a Mortgage broker, who will work with you to find out your borrowing capacity, along with helping you with a savings plan if required.

2. FIND YOUR NEW LOCATION

If you dont have your own land already, Metro can help you find an allotment in one of their many developments or look for your allotment in your ideal location. 

3. SELECT A HOME DESIGN

Once you have your allotment, Metro can help place the right home for your needs and budget. Metro has over 2000 designs on file, or custom design your own home from scratch. Metro is here to help design the help that best suits your living arrangement.

4. PRICING & CONTRACT

Once you have found the perfect design for your allotment, Metro will price the new build and once your are comfortable with the pricing, the next step is to sign a contract, gain finance approval, make your internal and external selections and wait for full development by council of your new home.

5. MOVE IN!

The day has finally arrived, with your new home completed, and the final step in moving into your brand new home to enjoy!
